Either he has been trying to collect and the person wont pay or he waited till now to really try to collect by threatening with an "out'ing".
If he has been trying along to get paid and has gotten no where, the person simply isn't going to pay no matter what, even if you out them on GFY.
If he has been letting it go all this time and is trying to collect now he showed the person he obviously doesn't need or care about the money. The person has written it off, no way he coughs it up now. Fuckers who owe/scam you out of money are always looking for an excuse not to pay. Letting them slide for 2 years, no way they going to pay now. They done wrote this debt off a long time ago.

If he would have just said " to the person who scammed me out of 11K.... if you don't contact me and pay me blah blah by xxxx then I will post your name." People get that, people understand GFY being used to try to collect, but he just went about it the wrong way if his intentions were to threaten the person with this post.
