I get what you are saying, but believe me that is not the reason everyone is angry. They are angry because they want a name that they can trash to make themselves feel better. Just ask yourself this question...if someone on here owed you $11K for programming (I believe you are a programmer but I apologize if you are not), wouldn't you try and force their hand and go this route before calling them out and then virtually guaranteeing you never see the money?
On top of that, even if he named names that wouldn't deter anyone on here from doing business with this person. That has been proven on here time and time again...
