Since you want to go with the "defendant" argument, in legal cases where someone is accused of something, the prosecutor is REQUIRED during the discovery process to allow the defendant to see ALL of the evidence that he has laid against him.....And if the prosecution DOESN'T provide what is needed, then the case is dropped and the defendant is free to go.....WTF are you thinking?
