they still allow flavored chewing tobacco and they have tried to use the same excuse to get that banned...
guess who has a huge market share in the chewing tobacco segment?
i think the flavored cig guys were all small and so they could be sacrificed for the good of the people and it looked good like the politicians actually cared..
