Scientific debate, which should only be encouraged, not politically motivated, biased, and ultimately censored, is the real issue here, not politics. But whatever, show me all your statistics and I will introduce you to people that are HIV free after being told they would die within two to four years from AIDS.
More people still die from TB worldwide by over a factor of ten times the rate of AIDS and you don't see even half the fuss to "find the cure". But it is really more like... find the drug that people have to take daily, right?

That B. Dylan quote is true, but I posted lots more sources a few posts up. Many from South Africa news sources and organizations involved in the treatment of HIV/AIDS.
I'm all for debate in science, but pseudo-science has no place in national policy when people's lives are at stake.
