NC does have the market cornered on Sweet Tea. MmmmmmMmmm love me some NC Sweet Tea. And I don't eat pork anymore but NC style pulled pork sandwiches are the bomb. Italian food you are kinda stuck though. At least they have Fresh Markets and you can get good ingredients to make your own shit.
