we don't need better security. The shoe bomber and underwear bomber ??? what about them? they got through because neither set off metal detectors, which was our only security measure. If their shit wouldn't have malfunctioned they would have killed a couple hundred people.

Save the big brother bullshit for another thread where people want to waste time arguing about politics. This is about airport security. I fail to see how big brother and the constitution factor into this. There wasn't terrorist hijacking / bombing planes 200+ years ago, hell there were no planes. And no one is forcing you to fly if you dont like it then take a bus.
Its pretty simple if you remove all of your political brainwashed biased views. OMG and to think Obama is letting this happen on his watch too. I bet that is burning some of you up. This isn't the govt tapping your phones, going into your financial accounts, going into your house etc... it is really fucking simple. Airport, bad people, keep bad people off planes, let good people on. If you have a better way to keep bad people off then please share, obviously 911 and the attempts since then proved we need more security.
