I am totally unimpressed by their support. I loaded up my account, had an issue with the campaign, sent them an email, and this:

Of course I'm not in their effing table, I'm a new customer. What, don't we get support? LOL
The only other way to contact them is by phone. Yeah, I'm going to call Spain from Australia to ask them to fix their dipshit interface which can't enter a £ sign correctly. Twats.
