Looking again the green entries make sense. All the green ones are still active and are still within the 30 day trial length (see signup date). If you saw something green beyond the 30 days that would be an issue if you did not get credit.
I'm not sure about going from 12 -> 10. Double check the date lookup period perhaps and verify you have it as you think.
FWIW my trial conversions are likewise HORRIBLE with ccbill recently.
So I avoid promoting trials...
