IMO, your better off to try and sell those for 10x what your asking for and find some moron with a bank roll looking to try and make an investment.

I'd rather someone just buy the whole fucking lot of them and be done with it. Besides, I've found that the guys with a lot of money in this biz spend it on better names than what I've got - basically the kinds of high end names that Evan moves. I used to have such a buyer and sold nearly $100k of domains to him, but eventually he decided to stop buying in general.

few months ago I got an email saying hes made his fortunes and how just getting rid of domains to move on and said he would sell it to me for 2x what i offered... since then hes been emailing me, to the point of begging me to buy it. right now we are just over 50% what I offered him, but considering it more and more I really dont have a use for it anymore

Ouch...safe to say the guy handed over the position of power gift-wrapped. There's a lot of domainers resorting to that now. I've never gone back and accept someone's offer if it was way off what I was expecting after initially turning it down. IMO that's sign of a weak domainer that probably doesn't have the confidence/skills to do this for a living.
BTW, now am up to 53 mainstream domains sold today, still zilch on adult side. Adult used to be a significant portion of my income despite it always being only about 10-15% of my portfolio.
