I got my own place, but lets say if I was to rent it:
500$ (2 small bedrooms, city centre)
Utility bills:
400$ (almost half goes on phone/mobile/internet)
Food:
600$ (can go much lower I guess, but I never believed in saving money by eating crap)
That would be my version of a nice life over here, clubbing and such are not included above.
Average salary in Zagreb is around 1000$ / month I think, so many are below the "nice life" line.
Unemployement: sky high country wide, a bit less in the capitol.
Might sound crappy and third worldish I guess but.. for anyone making over 2000$ monthly on porn/web stuff, Croatia is heaven on earth, and specificly summer here is all kinds of awesome
