Because the Republicans are being childish cunts, who's sole perogative is to make Obama look bad, with total disregard for the welfare of the United States. These are people who will throw a fit every time Obama gets onto a plane, or takes a shit. Even when they come up with an idea that Obama agrees with and says, "Hey, great idea! Let's do it!", they'll all of a sudden reverse positions and bitch about how its going to bring about the destruction of the USA.
Maybe if they grew up a bit, and quit trying to stall every last little detail, things would happen more efficiently.
