heh, I got a bit of a chuckle out of that too. You have both the US and Russia on the media boasting, "Yeah, we're awesome, because we're cutting our nuclear arsenal. No more 14,000 nukes for us! We're only going to have 8000 from now on.".
Ok, and we're supposed to be impressed, because why exactly? A few dozen is probably all you need to get the job done.
