NEVER - i repeat - NEVER be rude to the vendor. That wont get you anywhere. You need to contact whatever company the vendor used to send your package and talk to them about it first. If they say they delivered and someone signed for it. Ask who signed for it

Good chance someone else gankged the package. If that is the case there is a slim chance you will ever get a replacement but you might ... but remember ... NEVER be rude
