I don't think waterboarding is torture. I think it's not much different than when water runs up your nose when your swimming underwater.

There's a book called Bravo Two Zero written by a SAS officer that details his torture in Iraq in 1991. If you want to know what torture is, you need to read this book. Over a two week period this guy had his teeth bashed out one at a time by a rifle butt. And that was the start of his worries.
