Whether you believe that Bush deserves to be arrested as a "war criminal" or not........ you cannot seriously believe that it is going to happen. Try to imagine the diplomatic firestorm that would ensue if he was arrested by a NATO member state......... the unwinding of longstanding alliances and defense agreements, a total and sudden breakdown of Europe's defense arrangements, massive trade embargoes, a complete breakdown of the current global strategic order........ it is just not going to happen. You may wish that it would happen, but too many politicians (as well as the rest of us) have way too much to lose to allow something of that magnitude to take place.
