Sorry man I feel for you. Good thing is you both seem to have a healthy relationship where she feels comfortable to tell you that she is interested in other men. Sexual or not you need to feel comfortable about moving forward with this.
How do you feel about seeing her with other guy? I can't speak for women, but we men are territorial and possessive species , you will eventually start to feel neglected and things will begin to crack.
