I don't agree with that at least not 9 out of 10 times. If the girl makes a point of asking her BF if it is ok for her to suck cock and she wants him to pick out the guy and watch, she has strong sexual desires to do so. It's not a random thought or something she was just curious about and he says no and she is like ok and never thinks of it again?? no way that is the case.
If they were married, had kids, etc... maybe she could bury it and be ok not doing it, but a "girl friend" likely isn't going to have that much control, or care enough not to let her desires get in the way. Not to mention the problems, suspicions he will now have, the resentment and temptation she will have etc... it wont work. How many times a girl "asks" something where in actuality it was only a "question" if the guy agreed to it. Chances are she is going to do this one way or the other.
