hmm..i guess there is not much they can do if it is coming from outside of the US?
looks like they are mostly focusing on the people who just send out without any real plan anyway...any mailers that i have ever known don't wast their time sending anything to anyone that doesn't want it....it is just one small step in watching your lists.
plus it still has to go through and be passed...and i don't think the R for Republicans will be in next term
