Anyone think that a good side effect of ending net neutrality will be a slowdown of piracy?
If some guy has to pay an extra 30 bucks a month to download Black Nurses Volumes 12 thru 99 in BluRay, maybe he'll think about it first. Most of the bandwidth is being sucked up by a small percentage of end users.
