Tubes aren't pirating anything until you go to Court to prove otherwise - and so far no court has ever said they are. It's not piracy, it's copyright infringement. This ruling will not change anything, until dmca changes.

Good point. Not sure if and how they will approach that. But I'm thinking the movie part of it has a lot to do with Hollywood movies being on torrent sites ahead of general release and hurting sales. That big commotion over the Wolverine movie for instance.
What was being "sold" were pre-paid ad spots. Money is changing hands one way or another and I think the laws are starting to catch up with what's going on.
