Just got the email from sknanb, after requesting a wire and sending them all the forms requested...

"Thank you for your email.



We have reviewed your manual payment form and note your preferred choice of payment. However, after review of all the information, including, but not limited to, card transaction history, location of account, bank to whom funds should be wired, source of funds, proposed use of funds, amount of funds payable, etc. we have determined that we will not be able to facilitate payment using your requested method, but that the best and most efficient way to pay you would be through the issuance of a new alternative card product. You will receive another email shortly confirming that your card is in the process of being created and will be with you shortly, in fact, in many cases it is there in less than a week.



Please note that, as you have waited this long and been very patient, we will use FedEx delivery to ensure prompt and secure delivery of the card to you (at our cost).



One question we have received with respect to the new card product is related to daily limits. The daily ATM Cash withdrawal limit is US$1,000 per day and there is no limit on the purchases made at physical or online merchants.
