This industry is like a overloaded boat, people are getting rid of extra baggage this year to survive and make sure their boat does not sinks.
More die hard repps have been laid off this month, and the ones I know have given their life for the company partial.
Then again, if affiliates do not make the numbers anymore, then there is no room for repps also.
