I'm doing 70% success rate. You have to request assistance at the ticket counter. I always say I injured my foot playing football. They call up some clerk to help me carry my carry-on luggage. If the terminal is far away they also give me a free ride on those little electric powered carts
Plus I go straight to the front of the line for security checks and boarding the plane. This works mostly for my international flights. Never worked for me domestic, but thats because i usually fly southwest...they dont have classes.
