I can tell you the main issues
Mandating only those with 10,000 post can give rep. Those that have been here for 8-10 years but "only" have 3000 post can't rep? Not everyone posts 10 times a day every day for 10 years.
The more posts the more rep points you can give or take away. WTF kind of shit is that? Someone with 100K posts that wants to be an ass can remove over 130 points from someone. Everyone's rep power should be equal. Someone takes 100 points from me but I can only get them back for say 20 points? Fucked up.
Some people only want to give out neg rep. Well penalize that. No one likes a negative Nancy. If someone gives out 10 straight neg reps they are just being an ass.
On the User CP only the last 5 reps show up. Should be at least 50. Also show on the post that got neg repped who neg repped them not just the comment.
