Food is the most powerful drug we put into our body on a daily basis.

Why anyone would drink this crap is amazing. Try not eating much during the day and you'll still have plenty of energy. If you do eat, EAT SMALL, make it natural foods, eggs, fruit...

For millions of years the human body has adapted to a paleo diet or fasting daily and eating once at night. I recommend looking into it.
