Hello, just to show clarification when loading funds from credit cards there is always a charge from the credit card company/processor to charge cards and this case the 3.75% is considered to be low. Payoneer is focused on company loads that are making wires and there is no charge for that.

As for the cross boarder fee like all credit card companies when there is use with the different currency there is always a currency conversion.
