Good luck on the white label. There a lots of options to choose from these days. Try and find someone that will change the CSS so you don't have a cookie cutter clone.
If you ever decide to take the plunge and do your own cam site I have a good resume and a team of super talented flash media server/php/mysql/java/unix programmers that build innovative systems.
