Ok, so post a topic.. "What's working" is too general. And with everyone "AMP'd" up with all the shit here, it'll be hard to get a decent response... But I'm willing to discuss and learn.

Want some advice on what works?
Listening.

Listen to your affiliates, listen to your members, listen to the experienced webmasters, listen to the newbies (you were once one, and you had great ideas remember?) listen to everyone.

Listen, and then decide who is full of it, and who has something to offer.

Find a group of people to run with on ICQ, or on the phone, or thru email. Bounce ideas, and get advice. Your real friends will help you and not steal your ideas. They will encourage you.
