Pols, make policy - your political leaders - who you and others "elect" into office.
You really should blame then and not re-elect them..
Congress and the admin sets policy and makes new laws, not the military..
The military takes orders, follows laws.
I forsure wasn't happy with the Patriot act but our "politicians" made that law.
