Thanks for the inquiries everyone. I will be pulling this site from the market this weekend -- It seems that interest in the statistics are high, but actual buyers' interest is comparatively low. I'm lowering the BIN to 18 of my summer months revenue, which at the start I felt was very low for a mobile site, but perhaps I was wrong.
