Legally, I would never admit any wrong doing, contest everything, counter sue and a huge dose of paper work that would overwhelm a team of lawyers.
The dude should be made a sample of for admitting his guilt. Destroy his life, out him as a pervert to the entire community, take out a local newspaper ad detailing his perverted way of life, get the local church involved and keep adding charges.
The reason behind this is simple...if you steal from the porn industry, you will be outed and dragged through Main Street and shamed.
