I did Tang soo do for 8yrs to my black & then continued training on & off before doing muay thai for 6months. The first things I was trained as I already had martial arts experience was knees & elbow, directed wth jumping & aiming into the face to break the nose & the second shot to kill by blasting the nose one more time
