I had to email them to see why the delay, saying I had to wait too much, and they answered this today:
" Dear Sir
I must apologize as I have been unable to locate documents. We kindly
asked that you resubmit your documents and every effort will be made to
ensure that your documents are processed speedily.

So if you have been waiting more than 2 weeks I suggest you either to contact them and demand a response or resend your docs...
