but that is not what he said...and in the context of what he is saying when talking about lowering co2 emmissions, and these numbers need to be lowered.
i for one dont think bill gates is involved in a conspiracy to kill people off with vaccines, although he is supplying a shitload of it to africa
but what he said, is clear as day
