I shot a scene once where DIRECTLY after the shoot the model agreed to shoot bareback the next day, so I took her straight to the hospital to get tested. She was HIV+.

The next day, the male fell incredibly ill. I took him to the hospital and after several hours of testing him, he came back + for Hepatitis B.

So in the scene, you had HIV+ and Hep B+ performers. Thank GOD we did that scene with a condom. However, the Hep B boy had shot several other bareback scenes prior so we had to track down those girls and take them in for a Hep B vaccination. Apparently if you catch the exposure right away, the vaccine will usually prevent it.

What a mess that all was.
