When you subtract the year you were born from the current year...you get...well duh, your age. The first digit is then 100x where x is the number of times you want to eat out per week.
That's like saying, ok...take 2003, subtract the year you were born and subtract one if you haven't had your birthday yet. You get your AGE, WOW!
