as time goes on..you do not see your sales rising, you see them eroding as you cut back your expenses.. you try pricing tricks and gimmicks to keep the over-head from rising up..it's a matter of time before more and more surfers find the " Free stuff"

do the 3- minute jerk off and then it's done..simple

Your pix are great and big, but not many guys jerk off to pix anymore and they are not going to print them out as posters...plus I can get some of your best pix from FHG's if im a Pic jerker

Big videos for your TV...the reason DVDs sales are tanking..only perverts, freaks, loners watch porn on big TVs

small hand held devices, computers is all you need to bust a nut..each year goes by and more free cumloads drop on the floor.

porn is heading the way of music...Vivid, Wicked, Playboy..ask them about the profit margins..it's why content producers have to hire cheaper bitches or get them to do more scenes and pix vs. the pay.

Now in 2010 you don't need to know where the "underground" porn message boards or torrent sites are..you just type in pornhub or free porn and bam..you are jerking off in minutes...done, clean up...off to work, totally free

See how that goes on as 2011, 2012 keep eroding that profit.. But Im glad you have an upbeat attitude
It's about carving out your little spot and doing what you do better than anyone else. Your margins may not be what we all once enjoyed but it's an evolving and changing market. That's one problem our industry has. It's hanging on to the hopes of old margins. Let's say for the sake of argument that Twistys used to make $15,000,000 a year in profit. Right? And now as a site it make $5,000,000 a year in profit. And in the next 3 years it drops and eventually stables off around $2,000,000 a year in profit. I'd miss the old days but do you think I'll be that heart broken?

The margins we made in the past were not realistic. The sooner we all accept that and plan our businesses accordingly the better off we'll be. It's tough to let go, I know
