And I remember when we did a "Pornopoly" game with LifestyleAmateurs in Amsterdam, they sued over it. Anytime you alter the board game, they want a license fee.

I know they're not going to sue since there's no tournament being played on it, but still, why the hell would anyone spend the time and money to make this?

the suing thing seems like a load of crap. Monopoly is old enough that the copyright has to have expired a long time ago. There may be trademark rights still, but if you change things enough they shouldn't be able to say anything.
