Dump her. Tell her your opinion about her and what she did really nicely, and make it clear what exactly she screwed up.
In the end, that's what'll hurt her most. If you act like an asshole, she'll be able to justify what she did to herself, and make you seem like the bad guy in her own mind. Be nice, but dump her, making it very clear that it's all her fault.
