BTW, even Japan is being pressurised into adopting this law. Ironically by the USA, one of the only countries not signed up to it themselves.
And I repeat, it's a crazy femi-nazi law. I don't even know how you determine whether a girl looks 18 or 17. But I assume that if this guy was arrested for having pictures of what looked like a girl under 18, then those photos would be illegal in countries where even to look under 18 is illegal.
