If he was more forthcoming he wouldn't get 1/10th the crap that account holders gave him.

Yes that's a very on target point. The initial "we feel it best to not discuss what we don't know..." (or however it was he said it initially) started to stink really bigtime after nothing came from him personally... just the changes to epassporte.com website as a 'source of news'.
If he would have been engaged more from the gitgo, giving info, details, etc maybe it would have been easier to get thru the weeks... and as the majority of epass wallet holders have not been made whole yet... it continues to be crap that he doesn't say anything.
Now I can see that they gotta be swamped... once I got my funds the contact I had didn't even reply to my "thank you" email.
They still having technical difficulties, I got one of the "New Message Recieved" emails from do_not_reply @ epassporte .com <do_not_reply @ epassporte.com> and when I logged in ... well as everyone knows there was no way to get to the message center. So wtf is this email about?

Attempting to use browser history urls to get to the message center just got redirected to a page not found page... said to email "walletrequest @ ..." yeah, right. like that would do any good.
I'm done with my account there... i've thought about giving out the uid and p/w so people can see that I did in fact get the wire (status shows "Sent"). But i can't figure the downside to that; although I'm sure there is plenty.
