In a f.y.o.d (fix your own drink) sort of event, most of all that will go to waste. You need someone with decent skills to make it all happen and not a bunch of drunk people playing mixology while eating cheetos.

Neither one of those rent-a-douchbag-bartender thing with a guy flying bottles around and pulling subpar mojitos out of his ass.
For a d.i.y thing, my choices would be: Gordonīs and Beefeaters, Stoli and SKYY, Bacardi Aņejo, Jim Beam and Jack and assorted beers (a solid couple of kegs with micro-brewed beer a plus). Coke, 7-Up and Schweeps a plenty.
