International wire - fee is usually $40-50.. so not ok if the program you promote is a small one and makes a sale only here and there
Cheque - fee is low compared to wire (around $15-$20 to cash in, 6 weeks waiting time - 2 weeks till you receive the cheque and 4 weeks till the bank clears it), however it's a pain in the ass.
ePass - low fee's, P2P, VISA CARD, WIRE ($50 fee, but you can accumulate earnings from multiple small sponsors and send them out in once to your bank accuont..)
