I'm not being funny but every major sponsor I promote wires me my commission.
Why would I give a toss about their few $ fees each transaction? It saves me going to the damn bank and wasting an hour of my time.
All these people whining must be either making a seriously small amount of money, or be doing it for ulterior motives. Admittedly I used to get the money wired to my offshore account but those days are over...heh.
