No matter whether its a Democrat or a Republican - or my random buddy Bob - the only thing that is going to change is the name of the person that Fox News, Comedy Central, or CNN picks on. It does not matter who is elected. Baddog's Buddy is probably more qualified to run for office. And he would probably do a better job. Things will not get any better no matter who is in control. Sorry - that's pretty much an historical fact.

There has not been a single politician that has made anyone's life any better in the 47 years I've been alive.

As a Canadian, maybe Clinton made my life better. Clinton did more for Canada than any Canadian leader ever did in the last 40 years. That's a horrible thing to say, but I stand by that statement. Bill Clinton was Canada's greatest leader in the last 40 years. If he was eligible, he'd be elected Prime Minister today.

I liked what he did for the exchange rate. America dominated the world's economy back then, and I got $1.54 for every dollar I earned. Not so much now. The American dollar is going to end up being pocket change soon enough. Under Bush the US dollar was worth 90 cents. Now? About par.

This is the non-partisan opinion of someone who does not live in your country, but cares about it a great deal. More than you will believe. Canadian television is dominated by U.S. media, and it breaks my heart to see you guys fight against each other all the time. Often for no reason. You support Glen Beck, or John Stewart. The opinions of these two men should be worth no more than the opinion of your cat. Fight, fight, fight. That's all I ever hear on the news. You hate each other.



Liberty and Justice for ALL. A statement that brings me to tears when I read it. Liberty and Justice for all. A simple statement that defines humanity. All encompassing, applying to everyone.

I re-read the Pledge Of Allegiance tonight, and my eyes are full of tears. A pure document, beyond reproach.

The one single goal that every nation and independant person on this planet should fight for is documented in the history of the United States of America.

I do not know how to express my opinion without rambling aimlessly. I'm doing that right now. Forgive me.

America is the single greatest country in human history. I am honoured to call Amercans my friends and neighbours. And family. It breaks my heart to watch you fight with each other.
