heh, then you don't understand Thailand very well.
Never pick a fight with a Thai. Even if he's in the wrong, just respectfully apologize, and back down. If you piss a Thai off, and especially if you disrespect him in front of others, you're going to be in for a world of hurt.
Whether that's dead, hospital, jail, extortion from police, or whatever... just suck it up, and back down from the altercation. If one Thai is pissed and comes after you, there'll be 15 right behind to back him up. If that doesn't work, more than likely he knows a cop or two, and then you find yourself in court under trumped up charges.
