so thats just one step, if they get enough pressure, there will be more, the federal government has got out of control on spending, 1.3 trillion deficit just this year alone.

Bailouts setup by Bush, not Dems... & Stimulus by Dems that injects straight into the discretionary spending budgets are going to make them go up.... that's why it's a claim, not a reality.
So.. cutting discretionary spending, as if the right/republicans/tea baggers are going to cut the military, fbi, intel, coast guard, and border patrol ..... or that it's smart to cut money for our failing highway/railway systems that transport our goods.
When the war starts to end in 2011-12, you'll then see a chance of getting in the positive, until then... nothing will stop it.
