NYC is great, Amsterdam is ok, London is not bad but you will never find some many fine girls in one place like in Poland and Hungary!
$500 rent for a cool 4-room apt in the centre of the city, $1-2 beer...they are not too expensive either...
Try couple of them, you will choose then.
