The little kids dressed up with their parents are clearly having a good time. You grab some candy and drop it into their bags and they love it - clearly this is an amazing holiday for them, and dishing out the candy is fun for Tracy and I too.

There are other kids who clearly don't deserve anything. A few teenagers showed up with garbage bags, not dressed up at all. A few teen "hootchies" I call them (14 year old girls with short tight dresses and too much makeup) tried to pass off off their slut clothes as halloween costumes, completely with fucking idiot driving up the street with loud rap music coming from his car). The cops stopped him at the corner and gave him a hard time though at least.

I'm not a big halloween fan but I like seeing how little kids eat this stuff up. It's a shame to have asshole teens (and perhaps their parenets or guardians?) ruin it.
